Website design & build

Good for business.
Easy for people.

A website should make it easy to see what you do, feel confident about choosing you and take the next step. I'll help you get all three right.

Built around the way you work

Enough to do the job.
Room to grow.

Some businesses need one excellent page. Others need room for several services, bookings or a more useful enquiry process. We’ll work out what earns its place before the build starts.

01 / A focused website

Make the essentials clear.

For a business with a straightforward offer and one main way for customers to get in touch.

  • One carefully structured page
  • Your services, service area and reasons to choose you
  • Help shaping and writing the content
  • An enquiry form and clear contact details
  • Design and checks for phones and computers
Talk about a focused site
02 / A fuller website

Give each service its space.

For a business with several offers, different customers or a buying decision that needs a little more explanation.

  • A planned set of service and supporting pages
  • Clear routes for different types of customer
  • Useful FAQs, examples and enquiry questions
  • Page titles and local search foundations
  • Simple measurement of useful enquiries

When the website needs to do more

Bookings. Availability. Less chasing.

We can connect the website to tools you already use, or plan a small system around a specific job. Stock, delivery capacity, appointment preparation and enquiry routing are all worth exploring when they solve a real problem.

Integrations and custom features are scoped separately, including any software subscriptions.

Before we begin

You receive a written quote setting out the pages, features, content responsibilities, review rounds, payment stages and delivery plan. Hosting, domain names and paid services are listed separately.

While it takes shape

You see a private preview and have time to review it. We agree feedback at clear stages. If the brief changes, I’ll explain the effect on cost and timing before doing the extra work.

When it goes live

I check the pages, forms and links, set up the agreed search basics and walk you through the handover. The completed website and domain belong to you, subject to any licensed third-party assets or services.

What will you need from me?

Your business details, a rough idea of your services and any photographs, branding or existing content you want to use. If you’re missing something, I’ll help you work out what is needed.

A small website often takes two to four weeks once the scope and content are ready. Your quote will contain the actual dates and what they depend on.

Let's make it useful.

Tell me what you do, who you want to reach and what could work better. I'll come back with a sensible next step.
