Technology should
work for you.

I've spent over a decade managing change and building robust, effective solutions in regulated industries. It's work where the details matter and things have to be done properly.

Business owners ask themselves: does the website make us look the part? Is it easy to get in touch? Could it take a few jobs off our hands? Those are good places to start.

01A familiar face throughout.

02You know where you stand.

03The details are handled properly.

02

Simple from the start.

  1. 01

    Review

Send me what you have and tell me what you want to improve. I'll have a proper look and tell you what I think. You get honest feedback and a sensible next step.

  2. 02

    Plan

I'll suggest what to change, what to leave alone and what the job should cost before you commit to anything. You get an agreed plan, timescale and price.

  3. 03

    Build

Once you are happy with the plan, I'll design and build the site and keep you updated as it comes together. You get a private preview to check before launch.

  4. 04

    Support

After launch, I can keep it secure, backed up and up to date, and help when something needs changing. You get a clear handover and ongoing help if you want it.

Questions are always welcomeIf you’re not sure about something, just ask. I’ll explain it without the jargon.

03

A few things people usually ask.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

No. Send me what you have and tell me what is getting in the way. We can work the rest out together.

Can you work with my existing website?

Often, yes. I'll tell you honestly whether it is worth improving or whether starting again would make more sense.

What will it cost?

It depends on what the business needs. Once we’ve had a conversation, I’ll send a written quote with the scope, timescale and any ongoing costs. Nothing starts until you’re happy with it.

Will the website be secure and looked after?

Yes. I build in sensible security, privacy and accessibility basics from the start. If you want ongoing help, I can also handle updates, backups and routine checks.

What happens after the site goes live?

The website is yours. I can keep helping with updates and improvements, or leave you to it.

Still not sure? Tell me what's going on and I'll take a look.
